Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
As short-notice cancellations cannot be rebooked, a cancellation fee will otherwise be charged.
In the event of a short-notice cancellation due to illness, please provide a medical certificate.
